Jackson County Water has implemented a new billing software update. During this transition, we have noticed some unforeseen complications. One important item of note is the automatic assignment of a new account number for every account. This is not a problem in itself, but if you have not received your paperless bill by email/text, you cannot pay your bill on line. If you find that to be the case, please call our office and we can assist you. The new account numbers will be available on every bill as of July 1. Please bear with us as we make these changes. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
